Of all the artists in this exhibition, Christine Constant creates pieces to be explored both inside and out. She expresses her love of the sea by making spiral shell-like forms, with a spiny exterior and a rhythmical wavy interior. Pieces are wheel thrown and shaped in moulds to give a precision finish. She uses the raku firing technique where the rapid cooling helps to create the brilliant effects with colour.
