	Charlotte MELLIS Dates: Lives and works on the Isle of Mull. She started potting with her aunt, Ann Stokes and then trained at Harrogate in 1981-3. Her first workshop was in North Yorkshire, but she returned to Mull in 1991. She works in earthenware decorated with coloured slips and is currently also exploring drawing, painting and etching which she expects will inform her ceramic work.
