Lippa Dalen - Braille cup Lippa Dalen works in Bergen in Norway and is best known for making cups which she often exhibits in groups. She wants to suggest how such everyday objects can be very meaningful in our lives. Often her cups are decorated with cut up pieces of commercial transfer prints but these ones have a Braille message applied around the rim. Little dots of gold with a secret message just where the cup meets the lips. It reads as “Here Now, Here, Now” – like a mantra or prayer.
